Our principles:
- We shall never ask you to give us a blank signed cheque.
- Tax refunds go straight to you, not via us.
- We agree an all-in*, fixed fee each year.
- We don't get kickbacks from other advisers or software companies.
- You have your own access to your online HMRC account.
- You have your own access to your data at Companies House.
- If something's not clear, ask us again - it's our job to explain it.
* For example, Mortgage references, Trade references, Rent references, ONS Returns, Student Loan Company applications, Abridged accounts, Company searches and analysis, Share issues, Dividends, Companies House confirmation statements – these and similar things are all included with no extra bills. If something substantial does crop up, we’ll check with you and let you decide.
